  • Constructed and executed an end-to-end integration package, including a 30/60/90 day plan on all high-impact initiatives, with defined 360 degree transparency and project management
  • Managed a 2,000+ headcount reorganization across 30+ locations with principle focus on high high-touch management, effective communication, and transparent leadership

  • Created a dynamic best-practice pricing tool to help sales staff more effectively negotiate contracts that was released organization-wide and projected a 10% gross margin improvement
  • Designed an employee evaluation survey to identify growth opportunities, trained business unit leaders to administer the surveys, and achieved a 15% headcount reduction target
  • Analyzed two P&L burden subsidiaries, recommended to consolidate one subsidiary into parent BUs, and to inject $2.5M CAPEX into the other because of apparent brand equity and revenue synergies
